About Me

Welcome to my new blog.

My name is Julie and I am a 29 year old Army wife. My husband is 32 and we have been married for 5.5 years. I have been an Army wife for about 2.5 years. So we did have a life before the Army. We have 2 boys. My 3.5 year old was born in California before Army life began. My 15 month old was born in Germany during a 15 month deployment. Daddy missed his birth by 3 days.

We got through our first deployment from Sept 2006-Nov 2007.

We are stationed in Germany and about to move to another base 2 hours from here. So we are preparing for our 2nd military move.

Been in Germany since March 2006 :)

It's ok. It's been hard. We hope in the next 6 months to do a lot of traveling.

So far I have been to Salzburg, Dachu, Garmisch, & Nuernberg. Not a whole lot but not so easy to travel when you are pregnant or have a new baby and your husband is deployed. Now that the baby is almost 16 months and my oldest is getting closer to 4 I hope we can do more traveling :)
